〜 Before I’m the maker, I’m the finder 〜
My work begins long before I step into the studio. It starts along the shoreline of Victoria's Bellarine Peninsula, where every tide leaves behind something special. Walking the beaches year-round, I search patiently, hoping to come across that perfectly weathered piece of sea glass that has spent decades 〜 often more than a century 〜 being shaped by the ocean and decided to make its way to me.
Soft whites, deep olive green and warm earth hues are among the colours most often found, while seafoam greens, amber honey and aquas are less frequently washed up. The rarest discoveries〜 pinks, lavender, deep red, yellow and other uncommon hues 〜 can take years to find, making each one all the more remarkable.
No two pieces are ever the same.
〜 The Ocean’s work 〜
Most began life as bottles, tableware or everyday glass, discarded long ago and gradually transformed by time, tide and sand. Over countless years, sharp edges are softened, surfaces become naturally frosted, and each fragment takes on a form that could never be replicated. What remains is not simply glass, but a record of its journey.

Finding the glass is only the beginning.
Every piece I collect is carefully considered before it becomes jewellery. I don't begin with a design and search for a piece to fit. Instead, I begin with the sea glass itself. Its shape, scale, colour and character determine what it is destined to become.
Some fragments are perfectly suited to a pendant. Others lend themselves to rings or bracelets. Earrings demand the greatest patience. A pair cannot be created 〜 it must be discovered. Often, two pieces will wait months or even years before their perfect counterpart is found.
Each piece is handcrafted to honour the individuality of the sea glass. The design exists to complement it, never compete with it. My role is not to alter what nature has spent decades creating, but to preserve its character and give it a considered, enduring setting.
〜 The Journey Continues 〜
That journey doesn't end when it leaves my studio.
Jewellery becomes part of the lives it accompanies. It marks celebrations, milestones, quiet moments and everyday rituals. It is worn, treasured, gifted and, often, passed on.
I like to think the same is true of sea glass.
After decades being shaped by the sea, each piece begins a new chapter 〜 not as something preserved, but as something worn, lived with and loved. Its story continues alongside yours, gathering new memories with every place it goes.
The sea has already shaped its past.

A beautifully rare pairing, these soft aqua Tide Drops have been thoughtfully matched for their colour, size and naturally formed shape ~ an uncommon find made even more special by finding two pieces that sit so beautifully together. Their smooth, frosted finish has been shaped entirely by years spent tumbling with the tide.
At approximately 1cm, each piece is finished simply in sterling silver, allowing the delicate colour and natural form of the sea glass to shine.
